Q: Do you provide International delivery?
A: Yes, we do. We ship to all countries worldwide.


Q: How do I return an item?
A: Any fault items can be returned to us in 14 days after the invoice issue date. Customers have to be responsible for the postage and we will process the refund within 30 days.


Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Refund / Exchange are accepted for the following cases:
1) Good(s) with damages
2) Items are different from the photos shown in the website (with reasonable explanation)
3) Wrong item(s) distribution


Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: ​We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal or bank transfer.


Q: How Long does it take for the delivery?
​A: Once full payment is received, product(s) will be shipped out in 2 business days. Since a limited number of stocks, we serve on a “first paid first distribute” basis. Delivery (for orders that are currently in stock) usually takes up to 3-7 business days (depends on different regions).


Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please go to http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_functions/waybill/ and enter the code to track your order’s status.


Q: What are your delivery options?
A: All our local orders (HK) are delivered through S.F Express. International orders would deliver through number of carriers including DHL or UPS etc.


Q: Can I change my order after payment?
A: Once the payment is made, we are not able to accept any changes in the order, except for personal or delivery details. Customers are strongly recommended to double check the content of order before proceeding to payment.
